1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using RouteStock, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
RouteStock is a vending-route operations tool for tracking machines, restock picklists, cash collections, and profit estimates. It is a record-keeping and organizational aid for your own business records — it does not process payments, verify cash counts, or replace your own bookkeeping/accounting obligations.
3. Subscriptions
RouteStock offers a free tier (up to 2 machines, full features) and an optional Premium subscription (unlimited machines) at $9.99/month or $59.99/year.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
4. Your Data
All business records you enter (machines, product slots, cash amounts, notes) are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for backing up your device (e.g. via iCloud backup) if you want protection against device loss.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
RouteStock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Profit and restock-cost figures are simple estimates based on data you provide — they are not financial, tax, or accounting advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Openverse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RouteStock, including data loss, business decisions, or lost profits.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
